Jobs/Careers

The Alaska Pipeline Project is committed to meeting the local hiring and training provisions of AGIA and is currently developing national local content plans for workforce and supplier development in Alaska and Canada. The project has employed hundreds of workers, including engineers, scientists and technicians to conduct field studies along the pipeline corridor. The majority of these employees are Alaskan and Canadian residents working for local businesses and suppliers.

As the Alaska Pipeline Project advances to the detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases and into operations, the project expects to generate thousands of jobs. As part of its commitment to local hiring and training, the project will provide a wide and diverse range of jobs and job training opportunities for Alaskans and Canadians, including Alaska Natives, First Nations and other Canadian aboriginal peoples.

As hiring and training opportunities become available in the future they will be posted on our website.
